Tina Rycroft, founder and Managing Director of The Plus Team Training, brings over 35 years of expertise in Recruitment and Selection. Her career began at a prominent high-street agency, where she refined her skills and quickly rose to the position of Operations Director, overseeing a division within a national recruitment firm. After 15 years, Tina transitioned to a boutique agency in London’s West End, where she embraced her entrepreneurial spirit, driving innovative solutions tailored to meet client needs.

In 2009, Tina founded The Plus Team Training, combining her extensive industry knowledge with a passion for empowering individuals through customised training programmes. Her approach is supportive, knowledgeable, and focused on enabling others to succeed.
