For over 15 years, The Plus Team Training has been providing expert training services to front-line advisers from a range of major providers. Our training services are specifically designed to support those working with unemployed customers, particularly those in professional, executive, and graduate cohorts, where adviser expertise may be limited. The challenges of managing large, diverse groups with varying backgrounds, abilities, and work readiness are well understood by our team.

As our reputation for success grew, particularly through direct contracts with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), word quickly spread. This led to increased demand for our services, especially through subcontracted contracts with other providers. As more organisations witnessed our results, the need for upskilling their own teams became evident. To support this, we encouraged line managers to observe our training sessions, and it soon became clear to senior management that our knowledge and expertise could be adapted for a wider range of job seekers. In fact, many of those who have worked with us have subsequently engaged us to provide tailored training sessions for their own teams.
